Lakisha Renay is an accomplished professional whose dedication to personal empowerment bridges the fields of criminal justice, mental health, and self-defense. With an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, she applies her analytical skills and deep understanding of human behavior to her roles as a School Counselor and Mobile Therapist.
This unique expertise and passion for advocacy led her to found and lead She Shoots Too as its CEO. The organization was born from her vision to offer a dedicated space where women can "take ownership of our safety." Its core mission is to empower women beyond technical skills, ensuring they leave educated, confident, and equipped to be the "best version of ourselves beyond the target."

Full of life and driven by a holistic approach to wellness, Lakisha balances her professional responsibilities with an active lifestyle that includes traveling and spending time in the outdoors. She enjoys time with family, networking, and engaging in activities such as hiking, biking, running, and exercising. Her personal commitment to skill perfection is evident in the time she dedicates to the range, alongside enjoying social pursuits like dancing and karaoke.
